Nice work again fellas.
So does JavaInline make “Programming in Java” no longer an Obsolete Skill?

Seems like this site is becoming Merb Envy lately.
Good stuff..well, almost. May be you should consider buying merbenvy.com or random-rails-clone-envy.com. It’s getting boring. Really. News like “Campfire messages in Growl” and “Make Campfire growl your name only” are pointless too. I wish you guys take 10 mins to hear your own first podcast.
One day, when the machines take over and haml is the lingua franca, John Connor will tell a story of two podcasters who mocked its typo adoption, and in doing, allowed the machines to take over quietly…
riiight. Thanks for mentioning my admittedly narrow-audienced plugin :D
I’m somewhat saddened that Jason didn’t try to butcher my domain name, though: semanticart.com = see man-tick art! semen tea cart? Oh well, perhaps next time.
@Dave Just tried and merbenvy.com is registered. What do you think we should have covered instead?
@Jeff I’ll give it a try next week ;)
I’m 100% in the camp that sphinx is the best full text search solution for Rails and Ultrasphinx is the best Rails plugin for sphinx.
RailsEnvy is tired! The Steve and Obie show is hotness! Long live the ruthless testing of the structural integrity of the skull!
Nothing like mixing booze and iSight.
Don’t listen to the detractors, the fact that the show covers a range of cool things is great, its more agnostic and that’s a good thing.
This is the best ruby / rails podcast out there with that extra spice! Keep rockin!
